Church and politics

I am fed up with people saying that people of faith should stay out of politics.
Faith drives me to get involved.
Tonight our church hosted a hustings for our election on 5 May. I was the moderator.
We had 60 people attend and 7 candidates.
Very civilised and respectful.
Faith and politics are interconnected. If your faith isn't one that calls you to be involved in making the world a better place.... Well I wish you well!
