Candlemaker

The kids were back at school today - day 1 without masks! It's been 2 years of having to have them on everywhere indoors (and for a long time outdoors too), but now we've got more freedom and Asha and her friends are delighted!
We made the most of the kids being in school and got loads of house jobs done, also some homeless washing, and general admin...it felt so good!!
Also realised we needed to get the windows done after so much clay rain recently, so Eugenio from Sa Penya came down this afternoon and spent a couple of hours on the big double one.
Asha and I made beeswax candles as part of a welcome pack for the few folks who are coming to pray with us this coming weekend...Nate made some mini ones with the cut off bits.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) The kids being back in their school routine. They both came home full of beans.
2) Eugenio being able to come round at short notice.
3) That satisfied feeling you get when you've got all sorts of jobs done (and dusted, literally).
