Buttercup

I think the risk of  a very hard frost is probably past us here so I've unwrapped the abutilons from their fleecy coverings and given them a good pruning. Several varieties are already coming into flower, Abutilon 'Buttercup' is the most advanced, with its beautiful large yellow flowers fully open.
