Unsafe

The scaffolding is up because a part of this building is unsafe and so the street has been blocked to traffic while something is done to sort it.  Just everyday chaos.

Post script:  it's the building across the street that is unsafe and will probably be demolished, but this one doesn't look too healthy either!
