Sunny stroll

We had lunch out at a new p lm ace for us - the Olive Well in Cully.

I had a very nice mixed roast of beef and chicken. And their veg was a very yummy mix. It was nice to eat properly for once as living off the kettle, toaster and microwave is just not the same! At least we are on the countdown now and with any luck can cook a nice roast ourselves very soon!

Bobbie joined us for lunch to make it 6 and that was one too many for the car journey so I had a splendid sunny stroll to and from the restaurant to meet everyone else there.
It was only a 20 minute walk either way / so not enough to walk off the big roast! At least we didn’t have dessert so no need to walk that off too!

Back to work and school for us all on Monday. It will be nice to escape the house chaos for a bit as a need to be on campus Tue- Thurs. I am hoping all we be finished on Friday for a peaceful weekend. Well apart from moving everything back into the kitchen, that is! It’ll be fun finding everything a new home!
