Evening sun

Still such a novelty for there to be daylight, never mind sun, when you go out in the evening. Tonight was truly spring-like, and I was pleased to see so many daffodils intact after the earlier strong winds.

When babysitting tonight, I succeeded in persuading my friend's two year-old to go to sleep at a time I wasn't embarrassed to reveal. It seems little white lies are the way to go.
