The gravel bike drivetrain got a proper clean today and then I checked the chain for wear. 12 links on a new chain should measure 12 inches and this one is now stretched by over a sixteenth of an inch which means it's time for it to be replaced. Wish I hadn't been quite so meticulous cleaning it now.
