Sunday Walk
A beautiful day, with just enough wind to keep us pleasantly cool on our walk. This time it was down the estuary, up a steep winding path alongside the Arthog Falls (a couple of hundred metres climb, haven't checked the distance) then across moorland towards the coast at Fairbourne & turning back through woodland, past old slate quarries rapidly being reclaimed by nature, to the estuary again. A varied walk, with lovely views along the coast & Mawddach estuary. The Blip is detail of part of the Arthog Falls - I liked the water swirling around the rock with the anemones and ferns - but the exposure was difficult as the steep valley was shaded but the sun was striking the water. Went for a high shutter speed & have tried to balance it a bit, not totally successfully, in Lightroom on my tablet.
