Top runner

Not me, obvs. Lesley came down to run in the Worthing 10k, a glorious morning - I enjoyed standing clapping everyone from the side of the road. She did ever so impressively well, then we wandered up and down the sea front to walk off her efforts then went to the gorgeous new restaurant at the end of the pier.

Then I lay on the sofa, watched the Grand Prix and made a roast dinner.
