What the...?

It's been another lovely day, bright sunshine for the most part with a coolish wind. We were going to visit an open garden at Little Saxton this afternoon but due to a rather confusing change to the way the NGS 'search for a garden near you' page works we arrived a week early...

Instead we had a walk in the park at Ickworth Hall. We've often walked in the gardens but not in the park... what treat that turned out to be. I finished a roll of FP4 + on some fabulous trees and I'll develop that tomorrow.

On the way there we passed my favourite tractor shop. There in pride of place on the display plinth was this monster. It's a CLAAS 5000 Exrion, a very strange looking and I'm sure a very expensive piece of agricultural machinery.

(See the extra) It seems that the cab can face forwards or backwards according to the needs of the task in hand... or is it just to cater for tractor drivers with limited reversing skills?
