Notes: Woke just before sunrise and headed out on a run. Beautiful beachy morning, lots of birds and beauty along the ocean - found a pocketful of perfect olives and could've picked up a bucketful! Heard from Mic mid afternoon, she was driving back from Norfolk. We chatted for just over 2 hrs while she got thru the worst of I-95 north. Made a piece of salmon w/ bread for dinner.
