Marvin the Muskrat
It was my week to help set up chairs at our church for the Sunday a.m. service. A 2-man team setting up 120 chairs in neat rows of ten, six rows on each side.
As we came out, Marvin gave us "the look."
"What are you guys doing here on a Saturday night?"
"We're setting up chairs."
"Do you mind if I critique your job?"
" WHY YOU GIVING US HEAT...ABOUT THE SEATS? WHAT DO YOU CARE...ABOUT THE CHAIRS? WHY DO YOU CROW...ABOUT OUR ROWS? WHY YOU BE PUSHIN...ABOUT OUR SEAT CUSHIONS?"
"Forget I asked." Marvin ambled off.
