Sick Day

Helen and I have both been suffering from a tummy bug today. Ella was vomiting in the night but she seems OK now.
Fortunately the big grandchildren pretty much take care of themselves and Helen had Omar to help with twins.
So it was a quick blip of Elizabeth and Paddy romping in the backyard.
