Recovering

There was a lot of noise coming from our garden this morning. A male and a female Blackbird were chasing off a Magpie which must have been near their nest, when suddenly, bang, the female flew into our bedroom window. She was stunned and stayed still on the ground, but appeared to be OK. The Magpie wasn't satisfied and came back towards the female, and then I couldn't believe it, four little Bluetits got involved and chased away the Magpie. The female Blackbird hid behind the plant pots, where she stayed for about twenty minutes before flying off. Here she is behind a pot.
