Richard Nixon back in ‘74

As soon as I saw this pic I thought of the James Taylor song “Line ‘Em Up” and the line about Nixon with “a tiny tear in his shifty little eye.”
No offense to the sparrow intended - I’m sure the glint was perfectly innocent.
