Busy as a Bee

I did a lot of weeding and pruning in the garden today; it was a beautiful day for being outside. I was weeding under our flowering cherry tree, and I could hear hundreds of bees buzzing around the cherry blossoms. I did think about the possibility of being stung, but the bees were not interested in me when the pollen was so plentiful. 

I was ready to quit working, so I got my camera and took some photos of the bees; I was fascinated by the amount of pollen the bees had collected; if you look closely, you will see the big sac of pollen in the Blip photo. I will add a picture in extra of a bee with so much pollen he was having trouble flying. You will be amazed when you see him.
