Dandelion

Strange blip today as I tried to upload the photo but it was too small so I went back into Snapseed( the free editing app that I often use on my phone and tablet) and expanded the photo and you can see the result.

Left to my own devices today as Jayne was working. Not an awful lot got done I’m afraid as I opted to rest my knee, as advised, whilst the football/rugby/football was on. Jumped up when she got home and put the kettle on.

Afterwards we took a walk along the lane before returning for a drink before the evening meal. Sticky soy and ginger pork with egg noodles. Smells delicious (:-)

Update…it was delicious. Recipe found in Mary Berry’s ‘Love to Cook’ book. Very easy to do I’m told.
