Robin Saturday!

Have only seen Robbie a couple of times this week, so when I saw him today, thought I ought to grab my weekly Robin blip, in case he doesn’t turn up tomorrow. The Gleditsia was given a rather harsh haircut this year and is yet to start greening up. Sadly found the remains of a blue egg shell, don’t know if was from a Robin, Blackbird or Dunnock’s nest, all who are nesting in the garden.

Up until late afternoon, it’s been overcast and quite chilly in the strong NE wind, but when the sun finally arrived it warmed up a little. Busy day, kind neighbour sorted my car battery, mowed the back lawn etc, etc.
