But despite the lowering clouds, we have had just a couple of showers, not the 10 mm or so that was forecast for this afternoon. It's not warm though. Here's Notre Dame de la Consolation lit up with its own little ray of sunshine as usual.

We had a convivial evening with A, B and Ingrid yesterday. A and B had to be up early this morning to catch their flight, but we were quite glad of a lie-in. The dough I'd left in the fridge overnight didn't look very lively either, but after a couple of hours at room temperature, it produced an acceptable loaf (extra), the first since we got back from the house with no oven.
