The first figs

It has been a day of sunshine and showers. I bought my fish at the van and was pleased when Patrique announced that the moules de bouchot, my favourite sort of mussel, would be available again from next week. I went down to the pharmacy with Mrs TT as she wanted to choose a foot support to try to give her some relief from the plantar fasciitis she is suffering from at the moment. She has a scan and x-ray booked soon which should determine exactly what is going on. It does mean that she cannot take part in any of our walks at the moment. The rest of the day was spent doing jobs including a much-needed trip to the tip. I did find time for a walk through the woods. There seems to be a lot of tree pollen around as my eyelids are red, swollen and sore.
