alive and kicking

Dad gave me this honeysuckle last year as a tiny cutting. I thought it would look great along my fence and smell good when it is in flower and I am sat on the decking.

Some sort of bug stripped it and it looked dead... but look...

It is alive and well.. I thought I'd give it a blip opportunity before the bug comes back!

I went for a proper swim in a big swimming pool today. I swam 10 lengths and felt like my feet were in blocks of concrete when I got out. Proof I was kicking my legs properly! I am sure it will get easier with some commitment :)
