A productive day. Went to the bathroom suppliers to look for a new downstairs loo. I need to have an ‘open back’ because of the existing plumbing and there’s much less choice of those. Think I’ve found one which is ok though.
Then went to the local curtain and fabric shop to look through their sample books for the sitting room blinds. Narrowed it down to a couple of possibilities and sent off for my own samples to look at at home. Sadly though I called into the coffee shop next door and found myself buying a piece of rhubarb and ginger cake as well. After getting home and eating it I started to paint the fence. It was quite breezy so not ideal, hence the state of my arms! Was out there for 4 hours and did 5 panels, 11 more to go and another 8 if I decide to paint the other side where I park my car! Sigh.
It’s forecast to be even windier tomorrow though so don’t think I’ll be doing any more yet
