Yummy!

We always have eggs as our hens give us more than we can use. I've not made a quiche in a while but thought a pastry treat would go down nicely...and it did! I didn't have any cream so I used coconut milk, first time for everything. It was certainly very acceptable, I'd use it again for sure.
