Steak
Steak with Roquefort, spinach, garlic and oregano crescents, and salad. Wine: Trefethen Vision Cabernet Sauvignon 1996.
Steak and Roquefort: there's really nothing else I need to say about that. We had double greens tonight (which I know will please at least one fellow blipper), and I made crescents out of a tube, but I doctored them up a bit this time. The wine is getting better and better as it breathes.
