(first once again i say thank you for receiving my entry and words on the hard days - warm thanks)


(and then today - i drove up to the top of this bluff just north of the town.  Just amazing!)


(Extra's - i hiked up a wide path that is the route Lewis and Clark came from the Columbia River south to the Cannon Beach area where they traded for whale oil and in another close site tediously reduced ocean water to re-supply salt for the long journey back east. 


This old growth stump - is a good ten feet wide or 3 meters
And a rock so neatly sliced in half - amazing)
