Weed ‘Em and Reap

Another sunny day, so after a leisurely breakfast (one of the pleasures of retirement) Mr P and I headed down to the allotment. We cleared weeds, fertilised and watered the soil and planted potatoes, sunflowers and wildflowers. Tiring but satisfying. Home for lunch. Mr P off to the Western (eventually) with thechimp in the afternoon. I sat in the garden reading. Off to Choir Concert tonight at the Old Parish Church. Seemed to go well.
