Days end , time to make up the bed in Ruby the motorhome and read.
We have booked 3 nights on a quiet little site a few miles away from Chesterfield. The new baby , Eric , had a settled first night at home although our son had done wordle by 3 am so clearly he was up and about.
We had pleasant walk along one of the less well known millstone edges in the Peak District. The sun shone , the path was dry but there was a chilly wind blowing in from the North East . It was still “fresh “ when we walked down to the reservoir this evening.
