Mr.Bear
After a lovely walk with the girls and Casper. Dawn was tired and with the new, feed only from interactive toys regime, she was happy. Food for her to entertain herself with throughout the day, not using a bowl at all.
The big visit yesterday from the Behaviorist expert and my supervisor, saw me, (wait for it), standing up for the good bits of the Pterodactyl pup. Sometimes I don't understand myself.
Anyhoo, the main thing is she isn't being withdrawn ... yet. I have a very long list of things to try with her, including denying her the ability to see out of our patio doors to bark at passers-by. Bi bags were suggested, but wrapping paper is in situ and yes it is working. Unfortunately I can't use it outside to shield her from the hedge, which being Beech is at present quite see through.
There will be a return visit next week.
In the afternoon I had an upsetting communication from Mrs. Bear, aka Mo. Frankie had had a 'Massive heart attack'.
As Mo has MS and although not house bound, she tires quickly. Her parents being elderly and his family in Glasgow I volunteered to visit him in Ninewells hospital.
This was the poorly bear.
He was amazing and looked brilliant. Although he has a new stent, he had recovered very quickly. Both of them have had a huge scare. I was honoured to visit.
