Carmassias

These seem to be spreading all over my garden, and I really don’t mind, they are so pretty. They originated in the USA and Canada apparently.
I had a good surprise this afternoon when a long standing friend and her husband dropped in. I have known her since my childhood when our two families were friends. She has moved back into Surrey after a time away. It was so good to catch up with her.
