Disappointing

I treated myself to a bouquet from the Co-op this afternoon and was very disappointed with the quality when I got them home. Admitedly the display by date was for tomorrow but I wouldn't have expected them to be that bad. One rose had completely lost its head and even that everlasting flower whose name I can't remember is looking decidedly tired. The extra shows the amount of petals and leaves that I had to remove.

I have sent a letter of complaint which is not something I often do.
