Beautiful day today, me and P got on the bikes after work, nipped to the office to grab a t-shirt then had a loop around Strathclyde.  There's obviously something competitive going on as there were lots of these huge distance markers bobbing about in the water.

Cycling with P is good - I got a PB on one of my commute segments, I couldn't keep up with him when he started racing though!

Hoping the weather will stay good for the weekend - attempting the 22.6 miles of the kiltwalk with a group from work to raise funds for Simon Community, it would be grand to have decent weather.
