Grey Heron

The young one flew over straight from the loch. I gave her her fish and she flew off directly to the nest area. After lunch the park was busier but she flew over and landed just in front of me. A mother with two children were leaving the play area but gave us a wide berth then stopped a distance away and watched a while before moving on. In contrast a mother making her way to the park let her little girl chase all the birds away. She then ran over to the young one squealing. The young one took off as far as the edge of the loch where I continued feeding her.
I have given up on my k70 for the moment as this morning's shots were double exposed. I have dug out my K30 and will use that in conjunction with my K50 in the meantime.
