New Craigs Hospital

The hospital sits halfway up a hill. Starting from where I live it is uphill pretty much all of the way. I walked because I thought it would do me good, although I nearly expired. My psychiatrist decided I was doing okay, and that we should keep things as they are. Fine. I was going to go up Phadraig Hill, but decided that enough was enough. My daughter phoned to tell me that her relationship has ended. I went into counsellor mode. I hope it helped.
