Misplaced Garden Roller

The other day I blipped two  traffic cones in the river.  Yesterday, sadly, they had doubled to four.  Today my blip Is a garden roller in the river from a different bridge. Such a shame to witness this  mindless vandalism. The extra did amuse though, another misplaced No Waiting cone in the churchyard, where long term waiting for the residents of course is obligatory!
