Foraging For Wild Garlic Leaves

The bluebells in the woods are really starting to look lovely and when the boys wanted to go foraging for wild garlic leaves it seemed the ideal opportunity to take my camera.

It was well worth it as we had a lovely home made garlic ravioli for dinner…although the extreme mess in the kitchen was a heavy price to pay…!

Dylan and I had great fun at Hoopers this evening and we ended the session with a little competition, it was something that we had been pretty good at so I thought we had it nailed…no such luck as I gave the instruction and Dylan just looked at me as if I had started speaking in a foreign language…you can always rely on animals and children to bring you back down to earth!
