Zut Alors!

This French phone has no Z!
IT support were too busy with their actual work to look at my laptop, so it still works, it just cannot communicate very well.
Just like this beautiful fruit-coloured phone which I found in a Henley junk shop a couple of weeks ago and simply couldn't live without.
I used to own a scarlet one with elegant concave sides, a tiny drawer the size of a standard Post-It and plaited cable with textile sheath, a bit like the protection on the power supply to an iron.
“Protection” is the longest word I have been able to type so far without having to fill any gaps.
I'm hoping that brother-of-the-science-club can restore this kit to a state of operation.
