Notes: Woke to the light of day. Slow morning, did my green tea latte at 8a (still intermittent fasting: 16/8). Mid morning suddenly had stomach hurting and felt like I could pass out. Several bathroom trips and then laid on the couch and woke up ~ hour and half later. Felt better but out of it and tired rest of day. On the upside, the elephant ear has sprung a new baby leaf! This little guy is doing so well.
