In 1812 the small Ayrshire village of MossHall, known as  'Moss Haw', decided to celebrate the defeat of Napoleon outside Moscow by renaming the village. It's good to see that the villagers are keeping up to date with international affairs and are as determined as ever to let the world know their feelings.
