Buttermere Eye

A long day out with a cheeky ascent of Hanging Stones from Seathwaite and then over to Green Gable and across to Fleetwith Pike, before back via Grey Knotts.
We snuck into the weird enclosure at Seathwaite Slabs on the way back simply because it annoys me that it appears to serve no purpose.
Finishing ten hours on the hill with the stupidly steep descent next to Sour Milk Ghyll on a stupidly built stone path means it's bath and beer time now!
