Bangles

Another in a series of mini-SPs. These are 22ct gold bangles from India, and I never take them off. The wider one I had made to my design on a trip to Delhi many years ago, and the narrower and much older one was a gift from my mother-in-law before she died. She and I both had thin wrists and it fitted perfectly. I should explain that my husband's family are Indian and their early life was spent in Kenya. The culture is very rich in colour and style and I have a number of saris and Hindu artifacts around the place. I think I was inspired to blip this today by thoughts of those who have passed away.
