The long and winding canal

This is part of the Trent and Mersey Canal. We've not walked along this bit before. It was a bit more like a river than a canal, and very peaceful. It was good to walk and not freeze at last. We went to Bromley Hays Garden Centre, and walked from there.

Good news from the Lymphoedema clinic - despite my knitting, gardening, cake icing, card making, recorder playing and typing, I've not messed up my arm. No treatment needed, just a check-up in four months time.
