Woods Behind the Condos

Today when talking to My friend Ann, who lives next door to Shelly, I realized I had completely forgotten telling her I’d paint a small painting of the area behind the condo buildings that back up to the park. I was quite taken aback and I could see Ann was too. Even with evidence of a complete memory loss, I don’t think I have dementia. But it still was very bothersome to have forgotten. So this afternoon I took a bunch of photos of the area and painted a representative painting of the area. I also started an abstract on the same theme. I’ll post them when I finish the second one.
