Ten down, five to go

Another treatment behind me and I'm glad the end is in sight, even if it's still a week away.  Doug kindly drove me to the appointment, after which I came home to rest.

For my EPO shot tomorrow, the nephrologist's office has arranged an Uber ride for me, as Lex and Doug will be looking after the boys.  That's a relief, because in my experience I can rarely get a parking space anywhere near the entrance and the parking lot is on a downhill slant.  I don't expect to experience any immediate improvement, as the hormone has to do the job of stimulating the production of red blood cells, but knowing I'm on the way to feeling better will boost my spirit.
