Larry at a Canter

I was on the canal bank stalking a heron and then this happened. 

'Oh you should have waved me to stop,' she said. Er ... the thought of waving my arms round  wasn't on in this situation but it wasn't an issue at all. Milly, as I now know, had seen me taking shots on the other side of the canal and cantered round to see what I was doing. 

I had Tilly on a long lead fastened in my pocket - our first outing since the eye extraction, on unfamiliar territory and she just loved it however another dog on the opposite bank ....well. No flies on her thankfully (or not as she hates other dogs) with just one eye too. 

With everything going on here I have loads of 'shots to do' and I haven't yet seen my grandson in Florida yet with all the issues.
