Tenement staircases always make me stop snd look up. They are so beautiful.

Today I was back as painter's apprentice. Its been a while. The job is a faff, two ceilings only, that means sheeting up the walls of the whole room. Between that and taking down curtains snd pelmets, not a drop of paint appeared.

An update on the bride's mother - day 8 still testing positive and ear infection coming back. Wedding is Sunday!!!! Doctor won't prescribe anything else until she has seen her and won't see her until covid clear. My poor friend, it is so upsetting for her.
