My new hobby

Ever since one leaf stem of a cut carnation rooted (from a bunch bought in Lidl), I have deliberately saved a few short stems to see if it would happen again. Well, it has! A handful have all begun to sprout roots. This one had enough root for me to plant it out with its big brother, from months ago. I shall wait till the others' roots are a bit longer and sturdier, before I add more to my pots. What fun, eh? (As long as they flower in due course)!
