Walk to Hanwood

Bank Holiday Monday today and Chris is back to work tomorrow after a lovely week off. I spent the morning cleaning and he spent it ironing. After lunch, we headed to Hookagate and Hanwood for a walk. It was a lovely walk through the woods by Hookagate with bluebells and wild garlic covering the ground. I thought I spotted a polar bear through the trees at one point but it was just a huge, rather creepy sheep! You don't get many polar bears in Shropshire thankfully!! The beautiful Easter weekend weather finally broke this afternoon with a few showers but it meant I got to wear my new birthday coat. Result.
