Costa del Peebles

Up early this morning as I had arranged to drive son no 2’s girlfriend up to Eskbank Station (first leg of her return journey to Manchester). Leisurely morning once back home. Sorted out some roofing and gutter problems.
Back to my volunteering role after an early lunch. The High Street was really busy and so was the shop. The combination of a bank holiday and lovely sunshine. The afternoon passed in a jiffy. Tea in the Tontine with my friend Janet after work. I took no 2 son out in the car in the evening so that he could practice his driving. His test is coming up soon. Nice drive around the Manor Valley
