Erythronium 'White Beauty'

Today's the day ........................  to find under a bush

I know that I did buy these last year and planted them - but, quite frankly, I'd completely forgotten (you know how you do?!)

Thank goodness I planted them in a shady spot under a big shrub in 'well-drained, humus-rich soil that doesn't get too hot or too dry in summer'.  But even better that they seem to have read the growing instructions, because there's a whole host of them looking absolutely splendid.

I came across them today - and was more than a little delighted to see them just getting on with things ......................
