A new construction project in Helsinki, Finland

Today I had a visit here, the first visit anywhere since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. This house was built in 2017 in Käpylä, Helsinki. It is called 'Posteljooni' in Finnish meaning a postman.There was the very old post office before, from the year 1924, that was demolished. The starting point for the new construction was that Käpylä's old and surrounding building heritage would be respected. The project was succesful, no complaints were received, that is very rare when building new houses. I think the house looks very nice.
